AUO Corporation ("AUO" or the "Company") (TAIEX: 2409; NYSE: AUO) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$35,620 million for September 2014, up by 0.3% month-over-month and declined by 3.5% year-over-year. In the third quarter of 2014, AUO's unaudited consolidated revenues totaled NT$106,889 million, up by 4.8% quarter-over-quarter and slightly down by 0.2% year-over-year.

Shipments of large-sized panels(1) for LCD TV, desktop monitor, notebook PC, and other applications totaled 9.86 million units in September 2014, a decrease of 1.3% from the previous month. As for small-and-medium-sized panels, the shipments were around 15.06 million units, down by 9.5% month-over-month.

In the third quarter of 2014, large-sized panel shipments totaled 29.48 million units, up by 2.2% quarter-over-quarter and 0.5% year-over-year. Shipments of small-and-medium-sized panels in the same quarter were around 48.23 million units, representing a 4.2% increase from the second quarter of 2014 and a 9.4% growth year-over-year.
